Carolina Smile Design is now seeking a Full Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Rock Hill, South Carolinadue to the growth of this expanding practice!

Part Time Dental Hygienist Schedule

Thursday 7:45am - 5:00pm and Friday 7:45am- 2:00pm

1 hour lunch on Thursdays and No lunch Friday

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
• Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups
• Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care
• Reviewing patient's history and charting
• Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
• Documents area of existing restorations
• Use of X-ray
• Support the dentist with procedures as needed

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Hygienist license required
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Knowledgeable about perio health and comfortable with patient education
• Current BLS/CPR certifications
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
• Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
• Experience with dental practice software
• Team Player - strong collaborator that is open, positive and flexible
