Orlando Dental Group is now seeking a Full Time Dental Assistant in beautiful Orlando, Florida!

As a Full Time Dental Assistant, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

Full Time Dental Assistant Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8:00am to 5:00pm with lunch 1:00pm - 2:00pm

This opportunity will start out at Full time 3 days per week with potential to add more days and hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentists chairside
• Welcomes patients
• Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
• Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
• Instrument sterilization according to regulations
• Maintains accurate patient records
• Lab tasks as instructed
• Provide post-operative care instructions
• Maintain clean and stocked operatories

Qualifications

• Organized lead Dental Assistant with at least 5 years of general dentistry experience, with ortho aligners and cerec, 3d printers, scanner, xray, impressions, temps, insurance, treatment presentation etc.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Experience with digital software
• Excellent interpersonal skills
