All About Smiles, a thriving dental practice in beautiful Naples, Florida, is excited to welcome a friendly, motivated Associate Dentist to our patient-centered team!

Located on high-visibility Tamiami Trail, our 6-operatory office enjoys a strong flow of new and returning patients. We’re proud of our long-standing reputation in the community and our close-knit, supportive team culture.

'🦷 What You’ll Enjoy:

• 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–4 PM) – flexible scheduling available
• Work alongside Dr. Pfent, our beloved owner-dentist, who will remain part-time (2 days/week) through at least next year
• 3 Dental Assistants and a fully supported clinical team
• Efficient hygiene checks with 3 hygienists and 3 doctor chairs
• On-site CBCT for diagnostics and implant planning
• A fun, focused, and collaborative environment

• Positive, energetic, and patient-focused
• Proficient in partials, dentures, and ortho
• Experience with surgical and implant procedures is a plus
• Comfortable in a 3-doctor operatory setup
• Willing to participate in weekend call rotation
• Long-term commitment with interest in eventually leading the practice

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school or residency program
• Active Florida dental license
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• 2 or more years professional clinical experience preferred
